Thank you for running in the 2013 Frozen 5k!  The weather cooperated and we had a great turn-out!  The results are posted and make sure to take advantage of the early bird registrations fees for the Manassas Runway 10k/5k and our summer Triathlons!  We look forward to seeing you at our future events!

BRATS Frozen 5k, January 6th, 8:30AM
The Frozen 5K is a fun tradition and event. The race is held at the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center and is a USA Track and Field sanctioned event. The 5k is a fun event for the whole family and a great way to start those New Year Resolutions! Prior to and after the race enjoy the warmth inside Freedom Center where registration and the awards will be handed out.  The course is flat and fast and takes runners through the streets of GMU-Manassas at the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center and the surrounding roads.

• Long Sleeve Shirts: We are out of long sleeve shirts but you can check after the race to see if any did not get picked up.  However, as stated above, register between Friday, Jan 4th and race time to support Law Enforcement United in Memory of Officer Yung of PWCP.  $5 of your registration will go directly to LEU!
