Coached sessions on Sundays from 2:30 - 3:30 PM.  Come on out and improve your swimming with all of us.  Lanes for Novice, Intermediate and advanced swimmer.  Don't worry if you have never taken part in a swim program before...instruction and drills will be concentrated on freestyle for novice and intermediate while advance swimmers will have all strokes incorporated.
