Sprint Tri Event Information:
The BRATS Salute To The Military Triathlon is an event for everyone from novice to experienced and honors our military personnel and veterans.
A Sprint Triathlon and New for this year AquaVelo (swim/bike) race followed by a youth race makes for a great family event and a chance for the youth to take part in the sport of triathlon.
Location: Vint Hill Larry Weeks Outdoor Pool and surrounding community; Only 10 Minutes From Jiffy Lube Live! 4248 Bludau Drive, Virginia 20187

Course: Swim - 300 meter pool snake swim; Bike - 12.4 mile rolling beautiful country course; run - 5k flat and fast
Fees:
Individual Sprint: $45 through January 13th, $50 through April 7th; $60 through May 12th; $65 through May 23rd
Relay team: $100
AquaVelo (swim/bike): $35 through January 13th; $40 through May 23rd

Packet Pick-up/Registration: May 25th, 11:00 - 2:00 PM, Riptide Swim and Tri; 7320 Heritage Village Plaza - Suite 101, Gainesville, VA 20155; You must obtain approval from the Race Director if you are unable to pickup your packet on Saturday, admin@bristowtriandswim.com or 571-428-6848 (No Race Day registration!)

BRATS has seen a significant increase each year for the triathlons for both the Sprint and the Youth TRIs! Last year we closed registration due to capacity and we expect the field to close prior to packet pickup! Don't wait till the last minute to register if you want to guarantee your entry into this beautiful venue!There are no refunds once registered.

Swim: 6-9yrs--50 meters; 10-14yrs--100 meters
Bike: 6-9yrs--2.1 miles; 10-15yrs--3.2 miles
Run: 6-9yrs--.81 Miles; 10-15yrs--1.35 miles
