Description

The BRATS Triathlon and Youth Triathlon Event #3 is an event for everyone from novice to experienced. An adult race followed by a youth race makes for a great family event and a chance for the youth to take part in the sport of triathlon. The event is being held at the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center with 50 meter lanes. T-shirts to all registrants, great awards, medals to all finishers (adult & youth) and a flat course make this event one not to miss.

Adult Course:
Swim: 350 meter Pool snake swim
Bike: 10 miles
Run: 2.5 miles

Youth:
7-10: Swim 50 meters; Bike 1.3 miles, Run .6 miles
11-15: Swim 100 meters; Bike 3.5 miles; Run 1.4 miles

Pricing:
Adult Triathlon - $50 until Sep 14th; then $60
Youth Triathlon - $30 until Sep 14th; then $35

Note: On-line Registration for this event closes on 09-19-2008 at 7:00 AM. Registration during Packet Pickup available on Saturday September 20th.

There is a $10.00 fee for each non-USAT registrant. Youth must pay $5 for a yearly membership with USAT.

At the race site - Make sure you bring your photo ID and USAT card so you don't have to ride back to get it! No same day registration!

Pre-Race Meeting: A short briefing will take place at Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center race morning at 6:45. An in depth meeting will take place at 3PM on Saturday at Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center. If you are a beginner, youth or this is your first race, come to this meeting.
